You're right, I've just checked my AY account and it has been credited (but shouldn't have been). I see 4000 points there, but nothing showing under recent transactions, so it's a bit strange.

I'm just leaving EDI and will be in HEL in a few hours so I might see if I can find a friendly AY customer service desk, or I'll call them.
