And these were the lowest level miles redemption, say 17.5 us to carribean? I have only redeemed this once. At first there were only 4 seats available at that level from Delta and that is what vs rep saw too. Later, when I was ready to book, more seats opened up on Delta, and when I called in I was able to book all 5 on vs, after getting the bad first rep. These are for several months out, if that makes any difference.
I had a really good, pleasant rep the last go around. It appears she did need to call to confirm availability while i was on the phone with her, if I understood her right.
Trying to decide if I should transfer amex mr to vs as well with the bonus. Being in msp, these Delta flights are so much better than AA or United, so these vs miles are terrific.
