One of the things I used to like at the HR Princeton is that they had some seriously good, interesting cheeses. They were always tucked back in the left-side corner.

Sad days: They weren't there a couple weeks back and they weren't there again this weekend. What's weird -- to me, at least -- is not only have the distinctive cheeses disappeared, but now all cheeses have disappeared: Even the standard Hyatt stuff.

I may need to re-evaluate this place.
Many hotels will frequently try to make cutbacks in the desire to cut costs
Hyatt Regency Mission Bay lost my business over irritating nuisance fees and cutbacks.
Even if they don't bring back the items you previously enjoyed its very important to let management at the hotel know as well as Hyatt Guest Services
You come to the hotel for the experience and if that fails in a meaningful way for the guest its another customer the hotel has to potentially replace
Cheese is a cheap throwaway.Let your voice be heard!
