I'm guessing that, like me, many of you who are reading this adhere to the same dietary regimen: The Hyatt Diamond breakfast diet.

If so, you know well the basics: the little pastries, the oatmeal, the eggs, the bacon .... But the Hyatt diamond breakfast diet is not as boring as it sounds, since many Hyatts have their own variations. You don't have to be an Andaz to be distinctive.

One of the things I used to like at the HR Princeton is that they had some seriously good, interesting cheeses. They were always tucked back in the left-side corner.

Sad days: They weren't there a couple weeks back and they weren't there again this weekend. What's weird -- to me, at least -- is not only have the distinctive cheeses disappeared, but now all cheeses have disappeared: Even the standard Hyatt stuff.

I may need to re-evaluate this place.
