I wasn't aware of the precise time here (I'm not a frequent Arrivals lounge user) but I was aware that trying to get a Full English at 13:48 hrs would be doomed to failure. And taking that further, I can see the point in stopping hot service at 12:30 hrs - but advertising it accordingly - since when I have been there later on there really are very few users. However what they could do is leave some items out - cereals, yoghurt pots, charcuterie, bread, viennoiserie - for the late arrivals, along with the juices, water, tea, coffee, snacks which I guess are left out after 12:30 hrs.
