Sorry I think you have fallen into the trap of our friend above who quoted me as saying that I said it ONLY effected Men. He was either trying to twist words or misquoted because I did not specifically state that it effected only Men.

And as NWIflyer has stated there is no evidence to suggest discrimination takes place at A3 and having connections both professional and family working in A3 I would be the first to challenge it if it were. I would like to see more Male FA's but I still stand by my comments for why there are a lot less applications from Men.

Until someone can provide us all with evidence from a reliable source that discrimination is taking place then I feel it is unwise and indeed defamatory to claim so.
