Do other airlines inside the USA honor Air India's student baggage allowance of 3 check-in bags?

I’m planning to travel on an F1 visa sometime in August, from Bhopal, India to Buffalo, New York, with the following itinerary

1. Bhopal to New Delhi (Air India)
2. New Delhi to New York(JFK) (Air India)
3. New York to Buffalo(Delta Airlines/JetBlue)

Would Delta/JetBlue give me the same baggage allowance of 3 bags which is given by Air India? I plan to book the tickets together.
