Unhappy Unable to access itinerary for Asiana Airline

Hi I just booked a flight from LAX to INC through Orbitz for Asiana Airlines for next month for a 5 weeks. This is my first international flight alone, so I am not sure how the whole process will be like. Orbitz sent me a confirmation email saying my reservation is booked and confirmed and "there is no need to call us to reconfirm this reservation." However after attempting to access the itinerary on the Asiana website, it keeps saying "Reservation information is incorrect." I think the problem is the reservation number because Orbitz only gave me itinerary number, confirmation number, ticket number, and booking ID. I've tried all of these and none of them work. I am not sure what Asiana wants in the "Reservation number" box. Does anyone else have this problem? I've already emailed Asiana Airlines about it and now waiting for a reply.
