Never even knew about this hill High West. If the sky's clear, I'd be interested to try it when I'm back in town this fall. I looked at someone's website, and apparently the trail leaves from Lugard/Harlech road but the trailhead is supposed to be hard to find. Is that true? When you say 360 degree view, can you also see all of the main skyscraper areas of HK (eg, Central and on east) or is the view towards that direction blocked by the Peak?
