Breaking: Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport could dump TSA after baggage chaos

Another airport thinking of dumping TSA. The issue with baggage screening added on to long checkpoint waits and lack of reliable availability of Pre Check at PHX seems to be the primary issues.
