Just to chime in here, but under cooked meat is also becoming a common occurrence as well. I tried the steak from YVR-HKG a few months ago and it was raw. Sent it back, got another one and it was raw as well. Gave up and got the Chinese option which was prawns in some kind of chili sauce with rice.

A word of advice, eat as much as you can at the lounges especially before a short haul flight! The fruit, nuts, dessert and drinks are definitely safe bets. For long flights, the noodle soup is always safe. As for the burger, hit or miss depending how you like your burger.
