I'm looking to do a DGLOB34, with the first flight on CX (JNB-HKG). The online tool works only for xONEx's.

I'm looking for the most sensible way to book and buy the ticket, with Mindpearl no longer being an option. (I do have a couple of AA longhauls in the itin.)

Ideally, I'd like to email CX with my itinerary, have them price it, then contact CX in JNB or HKG and pay them with a credit card (US address). Is that possible, and/or is there a better way?
