I'm surprised too. I am a big fan of QF lounges but certainly wouldn't rate the QF SIN lounge above CCR myself. I personally prefer QF F lounges at SYD and mostly MEL (more quiet!) above CCR. I like the décor much more, I find the food quite a bit better and more suited to the sort of things that I personally want to eat before flights (love the frequent raw fish options, the quirky fusion stuff and the various versions of the pavlova in a glass!!). The shower rooms are also much nicer as are the massages, even now that they have (sadly) shortened them. Their main issue however is an insufficient number of toilets, with queues not being unusual in the evening which is frankly ridiculous for an F lounge!

But the SIN lounge - nice lounge, nice wok station, nice décor but really nothing out of the ordinary in any shape or form IMHO and I certainly prefer the CCR.
