As you can see, only fare classes Y, B, M, H, and S in economy earn 100% for RDMs (award miles). The rest of the deep discount economy fares only earn somewhere between 0% and 75% depending on what fare class you get booked into.
However, if elite status on United is something you are pursuing, ANY fare in economy earns 100% PQMs (Premier qualifying miles).
However, you won't earn any PQDs unless you've somehow purchased this ticked through United/United.com and it is issued on a 016 ticket. In which case your mileage/premier earnings would be different that what I specified above. Most likely though, your employer would not be purchasing this ticket through United, so the above earnings rates apply.
