Three of my last four flights in F have been dreadful.
No recognition, no welcome, no goodbye. Always late arrival (not F related). On my last flight MIA-LHR the IFE was very poor with only a limited number of movies available and the audio not working. The reading lights did not work (very annoying since I had to read paper files and the cabin was dark- night flight). When the CSM came with landing cards I mentionned this to her and the reply was : 1) you are the only one complaining about the IFE 2) the reading lights are all off or either all on and during the night we put them all off (the individual manual control did indeed not work). I asked here to repeat what she just said but she turned around and I did not see here back in the First cabin for the remainder of the flight... This CSM was not the worst one I got in F this year, she only makes third place, I got worse crew to JFK and from SIN. I have flights to LAX coming up next month and I learned that BA does not offer the tasting meal nor the bistro menu any longer on the A380 in F. From this summer on I booked more AF flights in F to the US, my last experience with them has been excellent and the prices are similar.
