When there's serious competition that hurts BA's premium market to North America, then perhaps there will be the kind of investment many on here would like to see (discounting AA improvements over the past few years, given the revenue share). Otherwise, what's in it for the IAG shareholders? They're top of the pile when it comes to what BA cares about.
Removal of the flower in the loo is laughable. An accountant's decision if ever there was one. But at least we'll have a forlorn, empty flower holder, to remind us of times past.
