Thanks for popping-in, theultimateflyer - welcome to the AZ forum. There are shower facilities at the only AZ air-side lounge in T1, located in the G gates area, formerly called Borromini, now boringly renamed Lounge. Food is pretty good in there so make sure you grab some scoff.
