This answer applies to all the beach resort band 4s, include Corfu: It's the sandwich box service, which for services after 09:30 is fine, there's plenty of food. For breakfast I think it's a bit weak, just a filled croissant, admittedly generously filled and a cereal bar. You can order special meals in ET such as Kosher, AVML, and for breakfast I would recommend this if you arrive on the aircraft unfed.

Breakfast box - cheese and ham croissant:

Breakfast box vegetarian (same thing, just no ham! Not recommended):

Rest of the day box - chicken wrap, egg/spinach roll:

Rest of the day vegetarian - goats cheese and fig (recommended):

It's usually a different meal on the return in CE, but it is normally catered out of London (thankfully, some of the out-stations are now quite poor in comparison, the London meals have risen in quality, the out-stations have stayed the same). So it is route dependent. All of LGW and LCY are London catered, there is still some catered downroute at LHR.
