Just was on the phone with them. Zero hold time. The broken English combined with the female Japanese accent is kind of cute though it definitely does take repeating a few things. She also apologized frequently for things that weren't at all her fault, and truthfully wouldn't have required an apology even it it had been her fault.

My call with her brought up some additional questions, but probably worth raising in a different thread.
