As a home owner, living surrounded by renters can be quite annoying. It makes the feel of the place completely different, and not in a good way.

I live in an older condo, and we're in the process of adding rules to reduce rental availability, and remove rentals under 30 days from being allowed at all. How we handle the current renters is an important part of the discussion - the Hualalai management don't seem to care about the existing renting people at all, which pisses them off.
