I've been to Noi in July. While it was certainly hot, it was still nice. Please don't think it is like Dubai in August! We were able to enjoy the private pool, and the cliff pool -- especially since Noi tends to be quite windy all the time, the heat was welcome. I've also been in November and didn't go into the pools much as it was just too cold. So not that bad of a time at all.
Thank you - concerns have been alleviated significantly. Going to stick with it - been wanting to see this property first-hand for too long to push it back (again - I was supposed to go last June!).
It does sound like springing for the private pool may be worth it - currently in a Ocean Pavilion - would be another ~$250 / night to do the private pool.
For anyone else interested, I emailed Noi and they said that in July it is "hot and dry, and very similar to Nha Trang weather." FWIW, Vinh Hy Bay weather last July was ~100 degrees every day.
