This is an excellent point. When I book a flight I can't change to comfort + until I get the email saying it has been ticketed. Usually takes 5-10 minutes for me. Once that happens I'm able to switch seats. Even as an experienced DM it took me a few moons to figure that one out. Never been accused of being a Mensa candidate.
