I have been trying to book saga class seats on Iceland Air, SEA to KEF for Feb. 18 using miles. Alaska website shows seats available on both direct flights, 680 & 682. However, I get an error just before the final booking step. Called Alaska Gold line 3 times. They say "yes, that's a problem with Iceland Air. They put the seats up, but they are aren't really there. Just keep trying..." What? Any tips/advice? Are those offerings just imaginary? Or is there some way to really book them?
