I think somewhere on BA.com it states 'up to 12 weeks after travel', generally mine have posted within 12 weeks. Those that take longer will normally need manual intervention in my experience.

Post 8 on this thread has the number I was given by BA CS to chase up. It might be worth a call but I think you may be told to wait 12 weeks.
