Apologies if this has been answered before, but do the economy preferred seats on long haul open up to all customers at any point? Looking for a window seat on an upcoming flight, and all 16 rows left are "preferred". :/

Expertflyer shows a number of both Paid/Premium (the ones showing on seat map) as well as (hidden on seat map) Premium only seats on my flight. Will any of these, if any, open up before the flight?
