I think the other part is having GlobalFirst in particular priced so far beyond its value that practically nobody will pay or upgrade to it (really: an extra $1000 and 40,000 miles over Business?). Instead it just fills up with non-revs.
Pricing your best product too high for the customers and then turning around and giving it to employees for free is taken as an insult by a lot of us customers.
