I am lucky enough to be flying out of LHR into SAN shortly in First via a Companion voucher and am trying to find out which meals will be served and if the "lights will go out" for sleeping at any point?

Also we return via SFO in Club but as yet have not stumped up £140 to reserve seats. If we don't will we get two together or could we well be apart?
