So, at the gate - A10 of course! They're checking all wheelie bags in without exception. They are saying that anything bigger than an overnight bag I have just physically won't fit..

A non-uniformed member of staff is managing the disgruntled passengers - handling it well so far - looks like they have to take them in the bus and I assume they hand them to the handlers at the plane.. and now a 90 min delay due to "crew rotation " Not looking good for the supposed "same as BA" service...
