Double dip possible with 2nd card?
I've read the FAQ but curious about a hypothetical scenario.
I have Citi Visa currently, and have already received max 10K rebate this year.
If I cancel Visa first, then apply for Citi MC, get approved, and redeem awards worth 100K this year, can I again get a 10K rebate?
