Incidentally unaccompanied children can guest, and enter without supervision, for CCR and Arrivals, since there is no self service alcohol, so long as they are over 12 years old.
My wife was welcomed into the JFK CCR last year and they thought she had been sent over from the other lounge for being under 21; rather than being on an F ticket. The same agent recognised her last week when we were passing through. As a 30yr old, she was overjoyed at this.
