This incident, which does not appear to have been mentioned previously on FlyerTalk, relates to the First Officer who was the pilot flying an EWR-DUB 757-200 service twice putting the aircraft into a dive when his airspeed indicator incorrectly indicated stall conditions.
4 crew and 13 passengers were injured and the aircraft sustained damage to the center hydraulic system bay.
The cockpit voice recorder was overwritten, apparently unintentionally, subsequent to the incident, and so was unavailable to investigators.
