I've tried calling the California service center twice this week, once at about 5:30 pm central time, and once at 2 pm central. Both times waited 20+ minutes before hanging up due to reasons like meetings, having to go to the bathroom, etc.

Is this normal? Going to try again early tomorrow at the beginning of their work day.
