I've had a search and can't see this covered. I'm asking the question in here rather than on the EI board as i think it's more likely to affect BAEC members.

So I've been travelling on EI Regional between GLA-DUB return several times fairly recently. To top up my TP's they have been getting booked as the BA code shares on 125- tickets. I can manage the booking fine in MMB and can add in my BAEC number etc. However when it comes to checking in i always hit problems.
Trying to do it through the BA app tells me i need to use the EI site/app, fair enough, and at that point it gives me a different PNR to use with it.
However no matter which PNR i use i never manage to get checked in. Both on the EI site and app i get right to the end of the check in process before it fails. I can't even check in with them at the EI self service machines in DUB as this also fails.
The only way i can ever check in is by using the manned desks. Normally i don't mind but the last couple of Thursday evening's I've been through DUB the queue at check in has been crazy.
I tried calling EI on a couple of occasions and got the usual "we've passed it to IT", and "no we don't know why it fails, but you aren't the only one to report it" type answers.

Anyone else had this, and more importantly anyone know of a solution?
