Yeah I guess it's a weigh up and perhaps the 380 comes into its own on day flights when you can go and chill in the bar. My experience was that the service was pretty hectic and not personalised at all + totally agree that it was lacking in personal space. Too much plastic to provide the enclosures. Overrated piece of kit.
