Not sure, if I am the only one who is experiencing this or if anybody else is just so more patient (or simply resigned with LATAM) than myself:
The account view and most other functions are down for almost two weeks now and allegedly they are still eagerly working on enhancing my experience with their website... Muchas gracias.
I spoke to the Call Center yesterday and they could not visualise my LATAM (LA) intercontinental flights taken on April 28 and May 5th and of course had no trace of other OW flights (BA/IB) either... They have no clue, when the page will be up and running again.
Highly unsatisfactory and really quite a lame start for Latin America's great new airline.
