Welcome to Flyertalk and to the BA forum Rydad1!! There are subtle (rather than huge) differences between the various F cabins and ultimately I would choose on routes and times over plane/cabin model myself.

If you say that you mostly like big screens etc, then I suspect that the 789 might be your top choice. It is also a smaller cabin which has its advantages (despite the much hated single bathroom for the 8 F pax!).

My personal hierarchy in F would be 380 > 789 > 744 > 777. Many people prefer the 777 over the 747 which is more dated and smaller but I just love the views and unique feel of 1A/K in the 744 nose.
