Besides the facetiming, the poor bandwidth amazes me. The last time I was there it took literally minutes to get onto the BA site and print boarding passes. Appreciate it may have been an anomaly but I have found both the SAA lounge and BA lounge really poor in the data space. I know back in the 90's most of the data came in via the SAFE cable and its limited by total bandwidth. Maybe some locals can chip in, but my understanding is that data is relatively expensive and speed is a premium.
