Citymapper is very good for directions and route planning, but isn't always perfect. In terms of routings, my experience is that it does a better job overall than HKeTransport, particularly as some routes are grouped by Citymapper.

What it lacks though that HKeTransport has, is the fare for the trip. Between the two, you should have it covered.
