Yuummmm. If I lived near Fauchon (and could afford to get foodd there all the time) I would weigh like 900 pounds. But to the topic at hand, I havent lived in Paris but traveled there a fair amount. I would echo the comments about the 6th. The area by the Academy posted above is about as nice as it gets to my mind. Love that neighborhood and the area up towards St. Germaine. Time to buy a ticket. If only for the Poilane which by the way we have ordered delivered to NY on the web but it isnt quite the same as getting it at the store. My wife and I were wondering rather aimlessly there last year and saw a crowd. Went over to see what people were waiting on and it was the bakery, well, when in Rome, get in line too.
