USAFAN: I agree about London, the prices are really outrageous, especially for the "rapport qualité/prix".

Those apartments in the 5th look quite nice - a very nice neighborhood, indeed. I'm not sure about the prices though: the 3-bedroom (90 sq. meter) apartment is priced at €10,596 /sq. meter, which is over twice the average price per sq. meter in that sector! This obviously refelects the fact that the buidlings are new (and have obligatory parking spaces), but still, it must be something very special, or they think they are in London ...
