There are so many variables to consider. Can you provide a little more information about your wants and needs, such as, is the apartment for your year-round use, or is it merely for temporary visits? Do you need to commute to a job from the apartment, or will you be doing mostly recreational activities? Is it important for you to be in the heart of the nightlife, or do you prefer a more quiet neighborhood? Do you have a vehicle or will you be relying on public transportation and thus need nearby access to the same? How much can you afford? How much space will you require? Assuming you can only spend (x) amount of money, would you prefer a large apartment in an inexpensive area, or a small luxurious apartment?
