What is the best method to trying to upgrade my BA Metal AA Codeshare flight? I'm flying SJC>LHR on the new 787 route. I'm also flying with SO and Baby, so we currently have the Y bassinet position booked. I'd love to get into the WT+ spots with bassinet. Any ideas? At check in? Kiosk? I have no idea, any help is appreciated. TIA
