Can I somehow include codeshares in Southwest Pacific area in xONEx ticket?

I just made ex JNB LONE6 booking through AA RTW desk. I was planning to include BNE-PER with AA flight number (operated by QA) and AKL-HKG with AY flight number (operated by CX), but the agent told me that codeshares can be included only within North America and flying to/from North America. There is availability in the flight I requested according to Experflyer.

So the rule is probably made by AA? If the booking will be ticketed with operating carrier flight number, could I probably just change the flights to AA/AY flight number with some other OW representative? I don't want to include CX flight number in the ticket, because it won't give any miles to AA.
