Hmm, perhaps I was fortunate then as there wasn't much sauce. I was mostly commenting on the fact that the lamb was tender and not nuked. Presentation at least I would agree was lacking - chunks of lamb tossed haphazardly on a bed of cous cous. The big surprise for me was that the SD was able on her own to serve a meal meant for a 5+ h flight pretty much on her own to a full J cabin. Not that we all didn't feel very rushed with our eating...
