About all the $20 will do is you give your papers to your guy who hands them thru the window to the employees. They then place your papers on top of the pileSince UA lands after midnight and is usually late we are the only plane arriving then and I simply handed over my papers by myself and waited. Id say it might have taken an extra 5-10 mins due to those who paid for the $20 service, it was OK and happy I saved the $20 x 2

If on the other hand I was coming in during rush hour of many flights landing then the $20 may be a good option, but expect others to have paid as well so you will be ahead of non-payers but on the bottom of the payers pile in order they were received
