Best Lufthansa A340-600 8F/44C/32PE/213Y business class seats?
I'm flying on an LH A340 soon with the following config:

I know there's a few other seating threads, but I figured for organization it made sense to discuss this config/cabin in one place. Feel free to move this post if need be.

A few questions:
  • What's the order of meal service? I know LH is restaurant-style now, but for meal choice as a *G, are orders taken front to back? Back to front? Which cabin gets served first? The front C cabin or the back C cabin? Based on my reading of other posts, it sounds like the front cabin gets served first?
  • Any recommended rows? Row 3 is currently open in the middle, but I've heard bulkhead seats have a smaller footwell. Is that right? I'm currently seated in the last row middle, row 12.
  • Do any rows have better pitch?
  • Since there are fewer seats, is the mini-cabin in the back better at all? I've heard back cabins are louder, but any other pluses or minuses?
