It used to be Czechoslovak Airlines. I have grim memories of the dreadful Tupolev 134 where the window seats 'benefited' from inflight warmth from the walls. At least the beer was good. IIRC, their slogan on London bus ads was 'Fly OK with OK Airlines.'

I digress. OK is now Czech Airlines.
