You won't get any equivalent to myflights for AA bookings. AA does not allow third party access to its bookings on sabre so no app or website can monitor them for you since they can't see your bookings.

If your AA booking also has an Amadeus PNR (perhaps it includes a BA flight) then you can add that PNR and get some form of monitoring.
