This should be OK, though if you absolutely positively MUST be in PSP Monday night, I'd take the earlier flight, as the next flight will be Tuesday at 11 AM. The gate distance isn't really an issue as B (worst case) to E can be done in a half hour. It's the possibility of even a minor delay on a very marginal connection. With only 2 flights a day that time of year, a PSP flight isn't one you want to miss. If getting in the next day at noon isn't the end of the world, though, this is probably alright taking a chance on.
