Found out today I need to head to PSP the last week of May. MSP-PSP directs are ending May 30th 9AM morning flight(last one) so it's back to connections via SLC.

Since I am will leaving Memorial Day, I am focusing on a later flight from MSP-SLC to avoid 2+ hour layover, It is a 725PM MSP-SLC flight and then 745 SLC-PSP.

Now I have done several MSP-SLC-PSP flights. So I know it's usually coming into B and of course leave out of E. Last summer had a delay out of PSP that result in a 40 minute layover and made it no problem.

My concern is 30 minutes really pushing. I will be near the front of a A320 and leaving on a CRJ. Given its late flight DL might pull the early departure.

So is 30 minutes really too close?
